Prof Yves Meyer, The 2017 ABEL PRIZE MEDAL
The Pan African Congress of Mathematicians (PACOM 2017) Local Organizing Committee and International Organizing Committee members are happy to express their sincere CONGRATULAIONS to Prof. Yves Meyer !
He has kindly agreed as 2010 Gauss Prize to contribute in the PACOM 2017 (the more important African Mathematical Congress in Africa), as Inaugural Plenary Lecturer. Now , we are honored and lucky that the PACOM 2017 Inaugural Plenary Lecturer would be given by the 2017 ABEL Prize.
On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee of the 9th edition of the Pan African Congress Of Mathematicians (PACOM 2017), I am truly happy to welcome our colleagues from Africa and from around the world to this Congress. It will be a good opportunity for all, to discover that Morocco is in a perpetual growth in various fields.
